1. 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe structure, the outer wall anti-corrosion form of the steel pipe 3PE anti-corrosion generally consists of a 3-layer structure.

1). First coat of epoxy powder（FBE>100um）

2). Second layer of adhesive（AD）170～250um

3). The third layer of polyethylene（PE）1.8～3.7mm

2. There are two types of Anti-corrosion for the Inner wall of steel pipes: one is Hot-melt Epoxy Resin powder anti-corrosion , and the other is liquid epoxy coating, commonly used liquid epoxy IPN8710 (normal temperature cold spraying) Or Phenolic resin.

3.  Epoxy powder spraying system: According to different pipe diameters, 8 to 24 spray guns of different numbers are configured to ensure uniform spraying and good effect.
