This requires that during the production process, especially during the user's use, we provide users with software development, system maintenance, and free software updates.

Human resource training service capabilities

We can provide operator training for our machinery users. In addition to explaining written technical materials within the factory, we can also arrange user operators to our domestic Chinese factory for on-site operation training. This is a major advantage of our company, avoiding the lack of practical operation opportunities for operators due to the inability to install and debug large production lines in the factory.

Remote after-sales service capabilities

For large production lines, we have designed modules for related control components that can realize remote control operations. In this way, even in China, we can remotely check the equipment operation data and equipment problems with foreign users without leaving home, and provide users with fast after-sales services remotely.
