This production line, which applies 3PE coating to the outer wall and epoxy powder coating to the inner wall of steel pipes, can process steel pipes DN219mm to DN2200mm, and Pipe lengths from 6m to 12.5m.

Our ACA company manufactures large-diameter straight seam steel pipe production line, which is running continuously in our users' factories in China. Our JOCE welded pipe line achieves automated production, greatly facilitating users' visualized quality monitoring and management of the production process.

Our ACA company's Internal wall shot blasting machienry can handle steel pipe diameters up to 3020mm. We can design specialized steel pipe internal wall cleaning production lines for oil and gas pipeline corrosion protection based on the user's required pipe diameter.

This TPEP/3PE pipeline is provied steel pipe with internal and external anti-corrosion coatings protection for steel pipes diameters ranging from DIN219mm to DIN3125mm, meeting the needs of large-diameter steel pipes used in long-distance transportation oil, gas, and water supply, and other liquids applications.

Whether your pipe is manufactured using JCO(E), high-frequency welded straight seam pipe (HF ERW Tube Mill Line), or Spiral pipe (SSAW pipe line), our pipe straightening equipment is suitable.

This High frequency ERW pipe welding machine tube mill is specialized in producing carbon round steel pipe Φ76mm-Φ219mm, and This pipe mill also is used to manufacture square steel Pipe Welding Production Line, making welded square tube 80*80mm-170*170mm. The tube mill directly forming from round tube to square pipe. Steel Pipe thickness from 3.0mm-10.0mm.

The TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipe production line can handle internal and external surface sandblasting, rust removal, and internal and external corrosion treatment for steel pipes line with diameters ranging from 159mm to 1960mm. The line has been installed at our domestic customer's factory and is ready for production.

This 3PE Anti-Corrosion Coating Machine production line is made by ACA group for Chinese buyer. The 3-Layer PE Anti-Corrosion Coating Line is for making Large-Diameter Steel Pipes size range from φ108 to φ1620mm.

The new high frequency ERW welded tube mill line is start installed at one of our China customer factory. This is the second time that the Chinese user has purchased a welded steel pipe production line from ACA company.

Multiple ERW Tube Mill production lines are shipped to domestic users in China and also shipped to foreign users via containers.
