This production line, which applies 3PE coating to the outer wall and epoxy powder coating to the inner wall of steel pipes, can process steel pipes DN219mm to DN2200mm, and Pipe lengths from 6m to 12.5m.

ACA Company steel pipe internal and external anti-corrosion production line has the following features:
1. High anti-corrosion coating efficiency: spraying efficiency greater than 300m³/h;
2. Equipped with 6-24 spray guns, using electrostatic spraying technology to ensure rapid and uniform epoxy powder coating on steel pipes of different diameters;
3. Employs a high-efficiency, high-output extruder with a large extrusion volume, ABB frequency converter, and PLC control, ensuring effective PE coating of the steel pipe's outer wall.
4. High-efficiency shot blasting equipment effectively removes rust from both the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe, achieving a rust removal grade ≥Sa.2.5.
Our PipeMill coated production line achieves a three-layer polyethylene (3PE) anti-corrosion coating on the outer layer of the steel pipe and an epoxy powder coating on the inner layer. The three-layer polyethylene coating mainly consists of a fusion-bonded layer, an adhesive layer, and a polyethylene protective layer. This multi-layer structure effectively isolates the steel pipe from external environmental corrosion. The inner epoxy powder coating provides internal corrosion protection, preventing the medium from corroding the inner wall of the steel pipe. This double-layer anti-corrosion design not only enhances the overall anti-corrosion capability of the steel pipe but also plays a positive role in resisting the aging process. External 3PE and internal epoxy powder coated steel pipes are widely used in various engineering projects, such as urban gas transmission, water supply pipelines, and oil and gas pipelines.
